Nepalese Business Association of Tasmania
Nepalese Business Association of Tasmania (NBA Tasmania) is an umbrella association of local businesses established by the Nepalese business facilitating them, promoting them, and work as a guardian to them. The Association aims at bringing together Nepalese businesses or those prospective business owners keeping a wider welfare agenda of Nepal and Nepalese and unify people from Nepalese business background. The Association is the result of several community businesses meetings with business owners.
Section 1.01
Mission Statement
The mission of Nepalese Business Association of Tasmania (NBA Tasmania) is to bring together all Nepalese businesses operating in Tasmania, Australia under one umbrella through this legally registered Association.
Section 1.02
Goals
The Associations goals are to develop programs and strategies to:
- Promote a sense of unity amongst Nepalese business in Tasmania, Australia
- Facilitate in solving the problems existing in business of the members
- Promote members and Nepalese business to the broader Australian Business society
- Allow as a forum to share new experiences, information, ideas and skills required for business growth and development
- Assist members to maintain and develop their corporate practices
- Support to represent Nepalese businesses in the wider community and advocate for the rights of members if needed
- Allow for an avenue for lobbying and advocacy to service providers and government departments when necessary
- Provide opportunities to network and resources
- Provide a platform of sharing resources, commons practices, and allow its members unite on important issues strategically keeping their profitability and customer satisfaction at the center and maintaining mutual competition.

Who is it for?
The Association is open to all Nepalese businesses which are registered, and have physical office and actively operating in Tasmania, Australia whose owners are originally from the
Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
